Description

This is an early 1970s Mi-Flip Light Up Firefly Flying Disc - Used, with original packaging included. It is a purple, 8.75" centrifugal force light-up flying saucer. It is in good cosmetic condition, though the functionality is untested, given the fact that the disc is made of very rigid and potentially brittle plastic. The flight plate is warped, likely during manufacturing. One of the unpigmented light covers is cracked (see photo), but the cover remains firmly attached to the flight plate. This is perhaps one of the first battery (AAA) operated flying discs developed, which I'm sure was hoping to take the "flying saucer" concept to the next level. Thanks for looking!
